　　據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，商務(wù)活動(dòng)其約一半的形式都是以郵件往來(lái)完成的，這既高效便捷又利于存檔。因此，寫(xiě)作在BEC (Business English Certificate)的考試當(dāng)中是必不可少的一個(gè)內(nèi)容，且考察了學(xué)生綜合應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)的能力。商務(wù)回函作為一個(gè)常見(jiàn)形式經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在BEC考試的初中高級(jí)中。為了回函準(zhǔn)確，就必須讀懂來(lái)函的內(nèi)容，如例一 (Sample 1.1):
